Who We Are
ABOUT NEXT LEVEL RACING
Welcome to Team Next Level Racing, where faith meets the fast track. We are not just a professional motorcycle race team, we are a community bound by a shared passion for racing and a commitment to empowering young individuals to reach new heights in both sport and life.
Our Mission
At the core of Team Next Level Racing is a deep-rooted mission, to be a catalyst for positive change to those around us. We believe in the power of faith, discipline, and community. We hope to share that belief to help individuals in the racing community flourish as individuals of character, resilience, and purpose.
Kris, his wife Rhonda, and their many partners encourage this mission through their faith-based mentorship program focused on fitness and nutrition, sleep and recovery, relationships, finances, and spiritual growth.
Next Level Racing is an extension of LIT Ministries, started by Kris and Rhonda Fagala. LIT stands for Love Is Transforming.
